The Top Talent Festival showcased and promoted top students and young professionals and honoured them for their outstanding achievements. Over three days, this event framed the platform for networking, exchange of ideas, experiences and business contacts between the multimedia newcomers, instructors, the European IT-industry and IT-media editors and journalists. 
The famous Palais Epstein turned into the multimedia homebase as it played host to this very special group of people. Workshops, company keynotes, exhibitions and product live- presentations by the Top Talent Teams introduced visitors to a new world of multimedia. During the glamorous Gala night the Top Talent Teams and their nominated projects were introduced and eventually the category winners and the overall "EUROPRIX Top Talent Award 2006" were announced.
